Shiatsu Massage
Shiatsu is a Japanese massage modality which focuses on balancing the flow of excess (Jitsu), and deficient (Kyo) energy in Meridian pathways. My style of Shiatsu can be geared toward an orthopedic and/or energetic balancing focus. Tissues are softened with pressure generated by fingers, thumbs, palms, knees, elbows, and feet. Shiatsu is received over clothing, on a plush Japanese futon mattress on the floor.
